Remember your parents consoling you about how there is no dark entity that would eventually hurt you and that you ought not to fear?
Nevertheless, we never really were successful in being fearless about the dark . How many of us dare to wander into dark spaces all by ourselves just to have fun??? (well, there are many exceptions to this statement though.)
Do you remember 2018 ? Chances are that you doubtlessly remember the year. When we all were busy studying and chatting , there was a family that were making numerous attempts to contact the unknown.... did I suddenly go off the track?
So why did they even try to do this? were they successful? who are they in the first place? where do they live?
The Burari deaths, also "Burari case" and "Burari kand", refers to the deaths of eleven family members of the Chundawat family from Burari, India, in 2018. Ten family members were found hanged, while the oldest family member, the grandmother, was strangled. The bodies were found on 1 July 2018; in the early morning after the death.
The Chundawat family (also known as Bhatia family ) had been living in the double-story house in Burari's Sant Nagar for around twenty years, after moving from their native town in Rajasthan. The family ran a grocery shop and plywood business in the area.
In 2007, Lalit Chundawat's father Bhopal Singh died of natural causes. After the death of his father, Lalit became very introverted, and soon he started praying in front of trees, and offering food to animals. One day, he told his family that he was possessed by his father’s soul, who advised him the ways to attain a good life. Since 2013 he had been maintaining a diary on his father’s "instructions" .(remember his father was dead !!)
The pet dog of the family Tommy died of a heart attack at his newfound home in Noida on Sunday 22 July 2018. Tommy, the only survivor in the house, was chained on the terrace and suffering from high fever when the police found him after discovering the 11 bodies. It was not clear who had tied him. He was later said to have been convalescing at Noida’s House of Stray Animals, where he was taken immediately after being rescued.
A diary found in the house had detailed instructions for "mass salvation", including how hangings should be conducted. The Bhatias seemed to have followed the instructions, some of which may have been written months ago. They conducted a "havan" hours before the suicides.
The diary which was found in the house contained some weird statements ------Everyone should be blindfolded properly, nothing but zenith should be visible ..
The note also directs the family to dim the lights in the house during the commission of the act. The lines about more devotion and determination from the last time suggest that the family may have tried to commit mass suicide in the past. Relatives are being questioned in this regard.
The extra wrap around the hands should be used to blindfold the eyes. The mouth should be doubly wrapped with a handkerchief. The amount of devotion will determine the outcome,” reads another page. On Sunday morning, ten of the 11 members of the Bhatia family were found hanging from an iron-mesh from the ceiling at their house in North Delhi’s Burari, while the body of 77-year-old Narayan Devi, the head of the family, was lying on the floor in another room of the house. As per reports, the family has been blindly believing Narayan Devi’s son Lalit Bhatia’s hallucinations of his late father that his soul would enter Lalit’s body and advise him on steps for a good life.
Many people connect it to a practice of the early centuries that could establish contacts with the dead , but no one knows the truth yet. It is weird that the family killed itself in the hope that they could live a better life after that ritual . How is it that in a family of 11, there was no one who could oppose their actions as merely being wrong and harmful...how could they believe in such things in this modern era.... It was a mystery and so it continues to be....
It's a mystery , a story , that puts everyone's minds into circles. It is unbelievable yet true . I like the topics that you choose to write on , keep up the creativeness...!!!
