The blue falcon that pushed gamers into depression

A videogame review on Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, by MathiRaj

In the sequel of Modern Warfare trilogy, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is undoubtedly one of the most memorable and unforgettable Call of Duty game. This game was designed by Infinity Ward and initially released in 2009 by Activision. This first person shooter is available for playing in PlayStation 4, Xbox one, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Microsoft Windows and Mac OS platforms. The game had a decent amount of missions, not too much and not too less. The maps and details in the game were well worked on and well constructed. There was a variety of weapons to choose from, so whichever your preference of arms maybe, the game has got you covered. The campaign had two plotlines which offered two different stories and two different characters we could play as, each with their own universe, marksmen and missions. One where we played as Sargent Gary "Roach" Sanderson, a Task Force 141 agent under Captain Soap MacTavish with an end goal to hunt down Russian Ultranationalist party leader Vladimir Makarov and the other where we played as James Ramirez a Private in the Army Rangers. Just a couple heads up, you get to play as Captain Soap in a mission, but the reason why we get to play as Captain Soap, man that will teach you what depression is. And there is another mission which is considered one of the most disturbing, absurd and grim missions in the history of videogames till date. Anyways, enjoy the game, stay frosty!
